We are currently hiring individuals with experience in Waterproofing, Roofing, & Building Envelope Construction and Consulting to join our company.

Building Envelope Consultants responsibilities:

Provide building enclosure consulting and waterproofing services. This position will establish, maintain, and serve local and national clients. This may include performing field investigations, observations with photographic documentation, the writing, preparation, and review of related reports for the services provided. Review drawings and construction to assure compliance with plans and specifications. Research and resolve design and construction problems.

Building Science/Building Envelope/ Historic Preservation

Providing both written and verbal reports to tight deadlines, and maintaining communication with key clients

Overseeing and managing multiple project teams simultaneously.

Understanding of building science and building performance analysis

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Background in procuring enclosure work
